Article 1 - Personal information collected

When you make a purchase on addict figurine, as part of our purchasing and sale process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number.

Article 4 - Shopify

Figurine Addict is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online business platform that allows us to sell you the Addict figurine services and products.

Your data is stored in the storage system and Shopify databases. In the general Shopify application, your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.


For payment, if you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway,  Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the data security standard established by the payment card industry (PCI-DSS standard). Information relating to your purchase transaction is kept as long as necessary to finalize your order. Once your order is finalized, the information relating to the purchase transaction is deleted. So we do not have access to the information you used to make your order directly. This information passes through Shopify and payment processors.

Indeed, all direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard. This standard of security for the payment card industry, PCI-DSS in English for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is established by the five main card networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card And JCB). These standards make it possible to ensure the secure processing of credit card data during your purchases on skull faction and by its service providers.

_Secure_ssession_id, is a unique session identifier.

Storefront_digest, is also a unique identifier. It is undefined if the shop has a password. It is used to find out if the current visitor has access or not.

Using Figurine Addict, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your country, your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor age to use the addict figurine.
